I went to the MRI center, the opthalmologistapos;s office, and the optometristapos;s office, and got copies of all the exam reports that have been done so far. Then I made a few sets of copies of the whole bundle so Iapos;ll have them ready when needed. I got a CD of the MRI imaging too, and made a copy of that. I got my groovy binder and my sheet protectors and my mini cassette recorder and filed away everything Iapos;ve got so far, all nice and neat.

Then I started on my list, making phone calls.

Wait a month? I donapos;t think so.

I have an appointment tomorrow morning.

I have a bad habit.�It sneaks up on me without warning. One minute Iapos;m looking up Taylor Swift - really, I had no idea who she was until about an hour ago - or searching for sweaters - "sweatshirts" if you want to be picky, I�just hate that word - and then BAM. All of a sudden... Iapos;m on youtube. Watching "emo boys" kiss.

I have no idea why I end up doing this. Or, even worse, why I find it incredibly attractive. But whatever the reason, it is rather a distressing habit, especially because it creeps up on me, and I�donapos;t fully comprehend until an hour later as Iapos;m STILL watching them.

I just answered a call where the customer refused to give me any information about him or his problem because apos;Women canapos;t use the internetapos; and that a woman couldnapos;t help him with his issue because since Women canapos;t use the internet we canapos;t assist him with an internet game issue.

I promptly told him that what he was saying was offensive since most women that I knew of (Weapos;re talking 99 here) use the internet, and a majority of our player base was female. I let him know that based on that, his information was clearly wrong. The caller refused to let me help him though because, again, apparently apos;Women canapos;t use the internetapos;

So I hung up on him.

Normally I would assume that this was a prank call since the caller was young, however he was dead serious. And I canapos;t blame this on him being from another culture because he was American too

Iapos;m just stunned beyond believe now. I seriously think my brain just exploded.
