I just answered a call where the customer refused to give me any information about him or his problem because apos;Women canapos;t use the internetapos; and that a woman couldnapos;t help him with his issue because since Women canapos;t use the internet we canapos;t assist him with an internet game issue.

I promptly told him that what he was saying was offensive since most women that I knew of (Weapos;re talking 99 here) use the internet, and a majority of our player base was female. I let him know that based on that, his information was clearly wrong. The caller refused to let me help him though because, again, apparently apos;Women canapos;t use the internetapos;

So I hung up on him.

Normally I would assume that this was a prank call since the caller was young, however he was dead serious. And I canapos;t blame this on him being from another culture because he was American too

Iapos;m just stunned beyond believe now. I seriously think my brain just exploded.
